一、指导思想
兴趣是学生学习的内驱力，引发学生浓厚的情感是学好英语的关键。农村小学英语学习缺乏语言环境，学生忘现象比较严重，出现学时会、用时忘的现象，长此以来，会导致一部分学生成绩偏差，慢慢对英语学失去兴趣，影响老师的正常教学。
英语兴趣小组是课堂教学的补充和延伸，在于培养学生对英语的兴趣爱好、增长知识、提高技能、丰富学生的课余文化生活，与课堂教学相比更具灵活性、可塑性：首先，它与英语课堂教学接轨，有助于巩固、扩大、加深学生在课堂上所学到的语言知识，并通过语言实践，提高学生的听、说、读、写的能力；其次，它融知识性于趣味性之中。学生在参与活动中，积极思考各种感兴趣的问题，发展了思维，激发了他们学习英语的动力；另外，它可以扩大学生的知识面，开拓学生的视野，增强学生学习英语的兴趣。
二、活动目的
1．通过有效的课外活动，从小培养学生对英语及英语学习的兴趣；
2．授人以渔，培养学生英语学习的能力；
3．培养学生良好的行为习惯，形成健康的个性心理；
4．提高学生的整体素质，为学习英语打好基础；
5.通过兴趣小组的活动，使学生的特长得到更好的发展，进一步提高学生语音语调的准确性，丰富学生的词汇量，提高学生的口语表达能力及表演能力。
三、活动要求
1.活动对象：兴趣小组人数不宜过多，现定为四――五年级的20位学生；
2.活动时间：活动时间固定，时间定为周二到周五中午的读报写字课；
3.小组成员应严格遵守纪律，不准在活动室大声喧哗，破坏、损坏活动室的财产；
4.每次老师布置的作业，学生都应按时完成；
5.教师要组织学生按时参加活动，精心制定活动计划，保证兴趣小组的深度、广度和密度。
四、活动内容
本学期我们将根据学校的具体情况有计划有目的的开展活动，重视教学质量，调动学生的极积性，努力把英语兴趣小组活动搞得有声有色。为了给爱好英语的同学一个良好的学习环境，现将本学期英语兴趣小组的活动安排制定如下：
1．语音教学；
2.词汇学习；
3.学唱少儿英语歌曲，做英语游戏，看、听、学、讲、演英语小故事等；
4.小诗、短文的阅读与欣赏。

三下乡活动欢笑、努力与汗水，都历历在目。20_年暑假“三下乡”社会实践活动给予了我人生一片灿烂的回忆。想起那个第一次，第一次大家吃大锅饭，虽然有时炒得不是很好吃，但都是劳动成果，所以吃起来也很好味道。第一次十几个人一起在那个阴森森的房子里睡觉，那个滋味那种感觉，至今都难忘记。三下乡，让我的大学生活增加了不同的色彩，也得到了很大的煅炼，经受种种挫折，也让我明白了一个道理：“不见风雨，怎么见彩虹”八天的下乡将是我人生的一个回忆。
这次“三下乡“活动在我的设想之中完全达到了我的意愿。虽然这次三下乡活动的时间很短，但在队长的带领之下，我们队员每个人都过得充实而又有意义。在每项活动中都能体现出我们大学生的做事风格。我参加的是支教组服务队。我们队员在出发前都认真地准备了丰富的备课资料，以至于每项活动都能做到有准备，有目的地进行。
这次活动使我意识到“服务社会，实行自我”是人生的一件乐事。社会是需要我的。社会培养了我，然而我应该为社会做出自己应有的贡献，我们应该为人民干实事，做有贴亲人民生活的事。虽然自己的力量很小，但总可以让温暖的花朵灿烂碇放。
“要让事情改变，先改变自己!要让事情变得更好，先让自己变得要好。”这是我在这次三下乡活动中感悟得到的。在支教服务队里虽然很辛苦。做就在这环境里我意识到我们只能去适应而不是让环境去适应。那忙碌的八天“三下乡”的实践活动，随时间而过。在这八天里总有辛酸与欢笑。使我深深的体会到了农
村贫困的生活。目睹了农村存在的各种现象。给予我印象最深刻的就是受到了学生的热情的欢迎和对老师的尊敬与爱戴。他们说：“我们需要你”这句话给了我无数的力量。我随从的虽然是支教组，我们队员都认真地备课，认真地上课，我们尽可能把我们所学到的知识传授给学生。给予学生留下了很好的一个大学生的形象。做为一名大学生的我们也一以个大学生的具体行动证明了我们的一切。这次“三下乡”活动我们每位队员都能相互的关心着对方，当我遇到困难的时候总有人鼓励我去战胜它。我们每一个人的心里想的是“我们是一个队团队”。一个也不能少一个也不能倒下来，这次“三下乡”活动我们相信也许人生只有一次。我们每一个人都很珍惜着这短短的八天时间。每天我都觉得自己过得非常的充实，非常的快乐和愉快。总有一种家的气息缠绕在我的身边温暖着我，给我动力让我前进。这次也是我一次参加活动时间最长的一次集体活动，也是最有意义的一次，它让我学习到我缺少的东西。锻炼了我，成熟了我。给予了我人生回忆留下了美好的金色的一段。
